These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.calvetconstruction.com (the "Site") and any related services provided by Calvet Construction LLC ("Calvet," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or submitting any form, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, this Site by any third party. You may not:

• Use the Site to transmit unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, accounts, or systems.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to harvest content or submissions.

3. Quotes, Estimates & Pricing

Pricing, availability, lead times, and project examples shown on the Site are illustrative and not binding offers. All quotes, estimates, and project costs are subject to a written, signed agreement between you and Calvet Construction. Final pricing depends on site conditions, design, engineering, permitting, materials, labor, and applicable codes. Calvet may revise quotes at any time prior to a signed contract.

4. Construction Services & Contracts

Construction work performed by Calvet Construction is governed exclusively by a separate written construction contract. Nothing on this Site constitutes a construction contract, warranty, or guarantee of any specific outcome. Calvet operates under California State License Board General B Contractor License CA B LIC 1129990.

5. Third-Party Sites & Sister Company

The Site contains links to third-party sites, including our sister company Cold Steel Concepts, which operates the 3D Building Designer. Cold Steel Concepts is a separate legal entity with its own terms, privacy policy, and pricing. Your interactions with any third-party site are at your own risk and governed by that site's terms. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, security, or practices of any third-party site.

6. Communications Consent

By submitting a quote request, contact form, or designer consent, you agree that Calvet Construction and Cold Steel Concepts may contact you by phone, email, and SMS regarding your inquiry, building design, scheduling, and related services. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying STOP to a text, unsubscribing from an email, or emailing info@calvetconstruction.com.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, photos, logos, graphics, designs, and software — is the property of Calvet Construction LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

8. User Submissions

Any information, images, or materials you submit to Calvet (including project photos, descriptions, or testimonials) are deemed non-confidential. You grant Calvet a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such submissions in connection with our business, marketing, and portfolio, unless you specify in writing otherwise at the time of submission.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and all content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. Calvet does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Any reliance on Site content is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calvet Construction LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Calvet's total aggregate liability arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Calvet Construction LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Effective date" above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
